The Synco Living system offers a building-block system for owners/residents of family houses that can be customozed to the user needs.
All the home operating functions can be configured, managed and controlled from the central panel installed in your home. For example, room temperatures can be individually controlled for various comfort degrees and timings. Lights can automated for specific times of the day.
Higher safety and comfort:
- Monitoring and displaying open windows in the central display.
- By means of automatic switch-on of the lighting, shades, backyard lighting, irrigation, etc. based on the individual needs of residents.
- Arrival, departure and panic programs.
Radio signals replace wiring:
- Each Synco Living component communicates via radio signals, sending a short message only when a change is detected in their status.
Custom functions:
- Custom designed; room temperature control is available in 12 zones, for radiators, floor heating or wall heating/cooling. According to the requirements of the rooms, the boiler or the heat pump can be started.
- Lighting and shading functions.
- Ventilation system (gradual switch, filter monitoring, frost protection, guarding program).

Efficient timing programs allowing up to 30% energy saving in the building:
- Away program: Completely or partially switches off lights when you are away, closes certain shades, deactivates or reduces comfort mode
- Arrival program: switches on lighting, opens shades, activates backyard watering, lighting, etc.
- Panic program: shock lighting, optical /acoustic alarm.
